A customer recently called on JG APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC to tackle a Samsung refrigerator frost issue repair. The problem was that the back panel of the fresh food compartment was frosting over, which in turn frosted the evaporator fan. This caused the fresh food compartment to warm up, not exactly what you want from a refrigerator! Our solution was to install a secondary heater on top of the evaporator coil.
